Welcome to Evan Hartmann’s automation services. By accessing or using my services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

I offer business automation consulting and implementation, including but not limited to system integration, process automation, and related advisory work.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to necessary tools, information, and accounts required to complete the work. Delays in response or access may affect timelines.

3. Payment Terms

All projects are invoiced in full or on milestone basis, depending on scope. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your data and materials. I retain the right to showcase general project outcomes for portfolio purposes (with sensitive information anonymized).

5. Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the automated systems created.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any point with written notice. Completed work up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.
