Do I need to know how to use Zapier or Make?

Not at all. I handle everything from logic design to tool setup. You’ll get a fully functional system without touching any automation platforms — unless you want to.

Can you integrate with the tools I already use?

Yes — I work with your existing stack. Whether you’re using Stripe, Shopify, Airtable, Notion, Slack, or other tools, I’ll build around what’s already working. If it has an API or works with Zapier or Make, I can likely automate it.

How long does a typical project take?

Most projects follow a 3-step process: a 15-minute intro call, 2–3 days for systems mapping, and 5–10 days for full build and testing. Timelines vary by complexity, but I always prioritize clarity, zero confusion, and fast delivery.

Do you offer one-time setups or ongoing support?

Both. I can build a one-time system to fix a specific bottleneck — or set up a monthly retainer if you want ongoing optimization, scaling, or monitoring.
