Refund policy

I aim for every client to be satisfied, but here is how refunds are handled:
1. Consultations
Payments for intro or strategy calls are non-refundable once the call has taken place.
2. Project Work
Due to the custom nature of automation services, refunds are not guaranteed. However, I’ll work with you to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction. If no work has begun, a partial or full refund may be considered.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be offered at my discretion in cases of miscommunication or technical failure on my end.
